摘　　要：个性化是《三国志演义》心理战术的重要特征,作家通过凸现人物的性格特征来展示心理战术的奥妙,从而揭示了战争中将帅的性格往往决定战争的进程甚至影响历史的发展这一重大的、发人深省的社会命题。personality is the important characteristic of psychological tactics in the Three Kingdoms. Writer reveals the mysterious of psychological tactics by sticking out nature feature of personage. It draws a profound proposition about society, that is,in a war, a commander＇s personality can influence the course of history, even determine the forming of history.
