摘 要:本文介绍了一种测定空气中14C放射性浓度的方法。采用催化氧化、NaOH溶液吸收捕集空气中的CO2,制备样品,然后用液闪谱仪测量CaCO3固体粉末悬浮样品中的14C。实际测定了钯-104催化床在不同温度下的氧化效率,NaOH吸收液对空气中CO2的收集效率,制样过程中的化学回收率和Tri-Carb2250CA液闪谱仪对CaCO3粉末悬浮样品的计数效率。This paper describes a technique for sampling and measuring the concentration of 14 C in air. This technique inclueds: capturing CO 2 in air with NaOH solution, preparing samples of suspended Ca 14 CO 3 powder, and then determining the 14 C activity with liquid scintillation detector. Experimental determinations were the oxidation efficiency of Pd 104 catalystic bed at different temperature, collection efficiency of NaOH solution for CO 2 in air, chemical recovery rate of sample preparation and the counting efficiency of Tri Carb 2250 CA liquid scintillation spectrometer for CaCO 3 suspended powder samples. Measuring results were given for indoor concentration of 14 C in air at several typical conditions. (
