摘 要:本文研究了变截面45钢轴状试件静载拉伸过程中表面法向磁场强度Hp(y)值的变化规律。结果表明:在拉伸载荷作用下,变截面应力集中部位的Hp(y)曲线出现突变;随着应力集中程度的加剧,即变截面轴径的减小,Hp(y)曲线在该处的变化幅度明显增大。另外,通过数学方法对应力集中部位仅由应力集中引起的Hp(y)信号进行了提取。研究认为,应力集中部分的Hp(y)曲线有可能不过零。The variation of the magnetic intensity, Hp (y), in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the 45 carbon steel shaft-shaped tensile specimen with a variable cross-section was determined during the static tension testing. Experimental results showed that after applying tension load, the Hp (y) curve abruptly changed in stress concentration position at the variable cross- section. With the aggravation of stress concentration, namely the reduction in the variable cross-section diameter, the changing extent of the Hp (y) curve aggravated evidently in the position. In addition, the Hp (y) signal just resulted from stress concentration was abstracted by mathematic method. The study indicated that in the stress concentration position, the Hp (y) curve might not reach to the zero value.
