摘　　要：从设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段各阶段阐述了建设工程项目造价控制的方法,从而把建设工程项目造价的发生控制在批准的限额以内,以保证项目管理目标的实现,以取得较好的投资效益和社会效益。From design stage,bidding stage,constructing stage,it elaborates methods of constructing project items cost control,in order to make it fall into the scope of approving quotas and ensure the execution of item management as well as to achieve a favoring investing benefits and social benefits.
