声带息肉的两种手术方法治疗疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的 比较支撑喉镜与电子喉镜下治疗不同类型声带息肉的疗效。方法 回顾分析2005年6月-2006年1月我院162例声带息肉的患者，其中全麻支撑喉镜下手术76例，表麻电子喉镜下手术86例，治疗后1个月复查电子喉镜及进行嗓音声学评价。结果 两种方式治疗声带息肉术前和术后嗓音声学比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），但在复杂型息肉中，支撑喉镜组术后嗓音声学参数优于电子喉镜组，经比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 对于复杂型息肉首选支撑喉镜下手术；针对简单型息肉由于电子喉镜疗效确切并且方便，可作为首选方案。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of surgical procedures with self-retaining laryngoscope and electronic laryngoscope for vocal cord polyps. Methods Clinical data of 162 cases with vocal cord polyps were analyzed retrospectively. Of them, 76 cases received the operation with self-retaining laryngoscope, and 86 with electronic laryngoscope. All patients received acoustic analysis one month after operation. Results Both surgical procedures were effective for resecting the vocal cord polyps. All the postoperative parameters were better than the preoperative ones （ p〈0. 01）. But for the patients with wide-base vocal cord polyps, the effective rate of self-retaining laryngoscope group was higher than that of electronic laryngoscope （p〈0. 01）. Conclusion Operation with self-retaining laryngoscope is the first choice for the patients with wide-base vocal cord polyps. Owing to low cost and simplicity, operation with electronic laryngoscope may be the first choice for those with small vocal cord polyps.
