摘　　要：构建以社区为载体的关怀党员新机制,是新形势给社区党建提出的新课题,也是以党内和谐促进社会和谐的必然要求。文章从构建关怀党员新机制的重要意义出发,对党组织关怀党员工作的现状进行了分析,对机制构建的路径进行了探索。Building new mechanism of showing concern for the members of the CPC by taking the community as the carrier is the new task for the Party building in community in the new situation and is also an inevitable request for promoting social harmony by the intra-Party harmony. The paper analyzes the present work of the Party organization showing concern for the members of the CPC and explores way to build a mechanism from important significance in building a new mechanism showing concern for the members of the CPC.
