摘  要:高碳线材冷变形时名义电阻率的大小由两方面因素决定,盘条内部疏松程度的降低和拉拔变形产生的丝状织构促使电阻率降低,而拉拔过程形成的内部裂纹和非金属夹杂物在大压缩率状况下的尺寸效应使电阻率升高。实验证明,回火胎圈钢丝拉拔过程中,随着总压缩率的提高,名义电阻率出现先降后升的变化规律,可以作为判断胎圈钢丝专用盘条拉拔过程发生断丝行为的参考。同时,奥氏体晶粒度的控制是回火胎圈钢丝生产过程进行中间热处理工艺调整的依据之一。The change of nominal electrical resistivity of high carbon wire rod caused by cold formation is determined by two factors. Decreasing the core rarefaction degree in wire rod and thread structure caused by wire drawing reduce resistivity. Inner crake during drawing and dimension effect of non-metallic inclusions on the condition of high draught make resistivity increase. The result of experiment shows that when the cold-drawing goes on, the electrical resistivity of wire decreases to some critical value and turn to increase and the change of nominal electrical resistivity can be used to estimate the breaking trend of bead wire in cold drawing process, and the control of austenite grain size is one of foundations adjusting middle heat treatment process for tempered bead wire.
