摘　　要：我国铁路建设需要大量的资金投入,面对建设融资困难的现实,提出将资产证券化用于铁路建设项目的融资实践的设想。在进行优势分析和可行性分析的基础上,对铁路建设项目应用资产证券化进行融资的具体操作过程进行了详细的设计和阐述。指出资产证券化是我国铁路建设进行融资实践的一条新途径。The construction of China railway demands huge capital investment. Facing the rigorous situation for construction financing, this essay puts forward the assumption of applying asset - backed securities as a new financing way for railway construction project. Based on the feasibility study, it designs the operation mode and procedure for such application. The essay points out that ABS is a new way for financing of railway construction.
