改良式筋膜内子宫全切术中盆底重建的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良式筋膜内子宫全切术中盆底重建的手术方法、适应证、手术疗效及临床应用价值。方法符合条件的106例患者,随机分成腹式小切口改良式筋膜内子宫全切术组50例(观察组)和传统子宫全切术组56例(对照组),观察两组手术各项指标和手术对性生活及术后排气时间、恢复自主排尿时间的影响。结果两组间手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、恢复自主排尿时间、性生活满意度等比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式筋膜内子宫全切术中盆底重建手术操作简单、创伤小、患者术后恢复快、不影响性生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the operative method, indication, post -operative effects and clinical value of modified intraficial hysterectomy with reconstructive pelvic. Methods One hundred and six women with benign uterine diseases who underwent hysterectomy were included in this study. Among them, fifty received modified intraficial hysterectomy with reconstructive pelvic （study group）, fiftysix underwent hysterectomy only as control. Results There were statistically significant differences in operating time,bleeding volume, the time of flatus and urination between two groups. Following - up investigation showed that there were also significant differences in the abdominal incision scan, vaginal and cervical change, and sexual function between two groups. Conclusion Modified intraficial hysterectomy with reconstructive pelvic provides a simple, minimally invasive, quickly recovery and cosmetology effects. It has no effect on sexual function.
