摘　　要：在工业监控软件的实时监测和控制过程中,为了保证数据的实时性、准确性和共享性,采用动态链接库技术,进行串行通信。详细介绍了动态链接库的功能及编制过程,然后介绍了在工业变电站监控系统中,利用动态链接库来链接上位机和电力监控器的一个具体实例。工业变电站监控系统的实际运行结果表明,使用动态链接库来进行串口通信,能够保证数据的实时性、准确性和共享性,被控系统能够达到控制要求。In order to assure the properties of real time, veracity and share of the data in the process of real time monitor and control of the industry monitor software, the way of designing program of the dynamic link library is used to realize serial communication. Firstly, the functions and the process of designing programs of the dynamic link library are introduced. And then, an application of linking the host computer with the power monitor by means of the dynamic link library in the industry transformer substation monitoring system is given. The actual result of the industry transformer substation monitoring system shows that it can assure the real time, the veracity and share of the data and the system can attain the manipulative needs with the realization serial communication used the dynamic link library.
