摘　　要：介绍了电缆附件的分类和预制式电缆附件的结构,通过分析高压交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆(XLPE电缆)及其附件的电场分布,详细叙述了预制式电缆附件的优化设计方案,并给出应力锥面曲线的计算公式,介绍了预制件加工成型的过程,同时指出:应注意选用材料的性能,对安装过程中剥切绝缘层、表面打磨、过渡面处理以及绝缘表面的硅脂涂抹等工艺均应严格把关,才能保证预制式电缆附件在XLPE电缆线路中得到有效的应用。This paper describes the classification of electric cable fittings and the structure of prefabricated cable fittings. By analyzing the electric field distribution of HV cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable （XLPE cable） and its accessories, it elaborates on the optimization design scheme of prefabricated cable accessories, presents the formula of stress cone curve, and introduces the manufacturing process of prefabricated accessories. It is also indicated that to ensure the efficient application of prefabricated accessories to XLPE cables, great attention should be paid to the selection of material and installation procedures such as insulation layer peeling, surface grinding, transition surface treatment, and insulation surface daubing with silicon grease.
