摘　　要：Internet的价值不在其通信网络,而在其信息资源.从内容角度而言,Internet上的信息资源应是无所不包的;从形式角度来说,HTML与数据库则是Internet信息资源的两种常见表现形式。在对Internet信息资源内容形式分析的基础上,对涉及HTML资源检索的搜索引擎技术与涉及数据库资源的接口技术、虚拟图书馆技术进行了系统分析与进一步论述.The significance of the Internet not only lies in its communications network, but also in its information resources. The virtual library with an enormous amount of information has been a focus of study over these years. The Intemet information is comprehensive in terms of its content, however, HTML and database are the two basic＇ forms of its information resources. Based on the analysis of it, this paper mainly deals with the searching engine technique concerning HTML information resources retrieval, the interface technique of database resources as well as the technique of the virtual library.
