摘  要:为了优化化杀杂交小麦制种体系,观察了大田制种条件下喷施杀雄剂SQ-1后小麦Fp1(杂交小麦“西杂一号”的母本)的开颖特性,同时对杀雄剂浓度、pH值以及处理时期对开颖特性的影响进行了研究。结果表明:(1)SQ-1诱导的雄性不育小麦开颖初期开颖角度的日变幅较大,Fp1在低浓度化杀剂水平下(3 kg/ha和4 kg/ha)还出现“二次开颖”现象;(2)开颖角度与不育度之间存在矛盾,能够获得较大开颖角度的处理一般难以获得较高的不育度。综合来看,用pH值为8的缓冲液配制的SQ-1在使用剂量为4 kg/ha、Feekes8.5时喷施,Fp1能够达到育种要求的不育度,同时能保持较大的开颖角度。In order to provide basic information for optimizing hybrid wheat production system, we investigate floret opening character of CHA wheat induced by SQ-1 under field condition. The effect of concentration, pH and spraying stage of CHA spraying on glume opening degree had also been studied. The result showed that: (1)In initial flowering stage, glume opening degree of CHA wheat changed rapidly during day, Fp1 had " glume opening-glume closing-glume opening" phenomena; (2) It was difficult to achieve balance between glume opening degree and low sterility rate. According to the result, a treatment with 4 kg/ha set, pH= 8 and Feekes 8.5 could balance the conflict between glume opening degree and sterility rate.
