掺铒氟氧化物透明玻璃陶瓷结构及光学性能研究

摘  要:采用高温熔融及热处理工艺,制备了透明度良好的Er^3+离子掺杂的氟氧化物玻璃陶瓷,并研究了不同Er^3+离子掺杂浓度下,玻璃陶瓷微晶结构、紫外一可见波段吸收光谱、近红外发射光谱的变化。结果表明:随着Er^3+浓度的增加,玻璃陶瓷中的微晶相β-PbF2晶格常数减小;紫外-可见波段吸收光谱中超灵敏跃迁^4I15/2→^4G11/2和^4I15/2→^2G11/2的强度增强;同时1.53μm处近红外发射峰的半高宽增大。此外,还进行了上转换发射光谱的测试,结果表明经过热处理后,玻璃陶瓷的上转换峰要大大强于原先未经热处理的玻璃样品。In this paper, transparent Er^2+ ions doped oxyfluoride glass-ceramics was prepared by high temperature melting and thermal treatment technology. The changes of micro-crystals structure, UV-VIS absorption spectra and NIR emitting spectra occurred with the variety of Er^3+ concentrations were studied. The results showed that with the increase, of Er^3+ ions concentration, the lattice parameter of β-PbF2 would reduce, while the intensity of hypersensitive transition ^4I15/2→^4G11/2 and 4I15/2→^2G11/2 would increase as well as the FVCHM of 1.53 μm NIR emitting peak. Moreover, the upconversion emitting spectra was measured, and it was suggested that undergone the thermal treatment, the intensity of upconversion emitting of glassceramics was much stronger than that of glass.
