摘 要:制备了GeSe2-Ga2Se3-KBr体系的硫卤玻璃,运用差热分析(DTA)、密度测试、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外一可见光谱(UV-Vis)和红外光谱(IR)等各种分析测试方法,确定了该体系玻璃的玻璃形成区系统并研究了GeSe2-Ga2Se3-KBr硫卤玻璃的成玻能力和光学性能。结果表明:该玻璃系统具有较高的玻璃转变温度,玻璃成玻性能较好,玻璃的透过范围为0.6-16μm。A new series of chalcohalide glasses in GeSe2-Ga2Se3-KBr system were prepared and the glass-forming region was determined. The optical properties and the thermo-mechanical properties of glasses were investigated by DTA, XRD, UV-Vis and IR spectra. The density of glasses was also examined. The results show that these chalcohalide glasses have a broad region of transmission in the entire 0.6--16 μm spectral region. The glasses have high glass transition temperatures ( Tg = 290-350 ℃ ) and good thermal stabilities. Consequently, these new glasses may be promising candidate materials for infrared optics field.
