摘  要:测量了不同掺杂浓度下掺Yb^3+硼酸盐玻璃的吸收光谱、荧光光谱和上转换光谱。研究了Yb^3+掺杂浓度对其发光强度、荧光寿命和上转换发光的影响及浓度猝灭机理。实验结果袁明Yb^3+离子掺杂浓度到1arm%时,Yb^3+离子的荧光强度开始下降,出现浓度猝灭效应,Yb^3+硼酸盐玻璃的浓度猝灭主要是杂质稀土离子引起的。Yb^3+掺杂硼酸盐玻璃中能量从Yb^3+离子向杂质稀土离子的能量转移,使Yb^3+产生浓度猝灭效应。Absorption spectra, emission spectra and upconversion spectra were measured with differem concentrations of Yb^3+ - doped borate glasses. Dependence of luminescence intensity and fluorescence lifetime on concentrations of Yb^3+ was analyzed. The mechanism of concentration quenching was discussed and explained. The experiment demonstrates that concentration quenching occurred when the concentration was above 1 atm%. Luminescence intersity and fluorescence decreased because of it. It is shown that the presence of the Er^3+ , Tm^3+ etc. impurities ions was responsible for the quenching of the luminescence of Yb^3+ ions in the borate glass. Energy migration from Yb^3+ to Er^3+ , Tm^3+ etc. impurities ions quenched the luminescence of Yb^3+.
