摘　　要：目的:观察HBV感染相关蛋白—人膜联蛋白V(Human Annexin-V,HA-V)在卵巢组织,特别是卵细胞上的表达,探讨其在HBV感染卵巢及卵细胞中的可能作用。方法:用SP免疫组化的方法检测HA-V在引产胎儿卵巢及卵细胞,血清HBsAg阳性及阴性的成人卵巢、卵细胞上HA-V的表达及分布。结果:①所有卵巢组织均有HA-V的表达,与HBsAg阳性与否及卵巢成熟无关。阳性表达分布于卵巢的卵细胞(包括原始卵细胞、初级卵母细胞、次级卵母细胞及成熟卵母细胞)、颗粒细胞及间质细胞。②免疫组化图像分析系统显示血清HBsAg阳性成人卵巢与血清HBsAg阴性成人卵巢及胎儿卵巢HA-V表达无明显差别。结论:HA-V是卵巢组织及卵细胞上的一种固有蛋白;HA-V可能作为HBsAg的特异性受体介导了HBV与卵巢组织各种细胞,特别是卵细胞的粘附、内化等过程并最终导致了HBV对卵巢及卵细胞的感染。Objective： To investigate the effect of human Annexin - V on the infection of ovary and oocyte with HBV to find out the expression of HA - V in ovary, especially in ooeyte as important factor of HBV infection. Methods： Immunohistochemisry was employ to detect the expression and distribution of HA - V in ovary and oocyte of patients with HBV, non - HBV patients and induced labor fetus without HBV. Results： ①The HA - V expressed in ovary and oecyte. The HA - V was distributed in oocyte, granular and interstitial cell. ②The degree of the expression of HA - V was same in three tissues by the analysis system of image. Conclusion： HA - V is inherent protein of ovary and ooeyte; so it may induce the infection of ovary and ooeyte with HBV, especially ovotid adherence and internalization, resulting into the HBV infection of ovary and ovrotid.
