摘　　要：本文通过解析《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T50378-2006)的编制背景,针对公共建筑的评价要点,提出了绿色公共建筑的技术设计策略,并结合“上海生态办公示范楼”的成功案例加以分析。ased on the analysis of the background for the compilation of Chinese Green-building Evaluation Standard （GB/T50378-2006） and of the key evaluation items for public buildings, the essay proposes the technological designing strategies for green public buildings based on the analysis of “Shanghai Ecological Model Office Building,” which is a successful building project in Shanghai.
