摘  要:对高速常导磁浮系统轨道梁结构型式及功能区各功能面的精度要求进行了分析,同时考虑到我国机加工能力和经济状况,对曲线地段定子面、导向面和滑行面分别采取了直线拟合和曲线拟合方法进行设计,研究工程技术条件对高速磁浮线路设计参数选取的影响,确定不同长度功能件和不同定子排列方式下平、竖圆曲线半径的合理取值范围,用不同曲率的导向面拟合平面圆曲线的允许半径范围和优势半径范围,以及满足扭转率要求的缓和曲线最小长度值。研究结果表明:分别采用6,3,2 m长的功能件和直线及半径为1550和790m的导向面,能够拟合的最小平面圆曲线半径分别为700,650和600 m,能够拟合的最小竖圆曲线半径分别为8250,4150和2750 m;缓和曲线最小长度可以达到40 m。This paper gives a detailed description about the types of guideway structure of high-speed maglev TR system and the precision requirements for each function plane. In view of the machining ability and pecuniary condition in our country, line and curve are used to fit stator plane, guidance rail plane and sliding rail plane in curve section. The impact, which Engineering requirements give on the choice of line parameters of high-speed maglev, is researched. The reasonable spans of horizontal and vertical radius are obtained under the modules of different length, the stators of different layout mode and the guidance rail planes of different radius. Horizontal curve is fitted by the guide surface of different curvature, and the allowable and dominant radius span is calculated. Moreover, the minimum length of transition curve, which satisfies torsion rate requirements, is briefly discussed. The conclusion obtained is that the minimum radius of horizontal curve can be 700, 650 and 600 m, the minimum radius of vertical curve 8 250, 4 150 and 2 750 m, and the minimum length of transition curve 40 m respectively under 6, 3 or 2 m-long module and line or R 1550, R 790 m guidance rail plane.
