摘　　要：比较了不同工艺(低温短流程聚酯装置和间歇装置)生产阳离子染料可染聚酯的样品。测试结果表明:在低温短流程聚酯装置上完全能够实现生产改性聚酯的工业化,聚酯柔性生产理念“一头多尾,集中酯化,分散缩聚”可以在现有聚酯生产装置的改造过程中得到应用。The cation-dyeable PET samples produced with different technologies （ low temperature short process PET plant and discontinuous plant） were compared. The test results showed that the industrialization of the modified PET can be completely realized on the low temperature short process PET plant. The PET flexible production principle＂ one beginning more ends, centralized esterification, decentralized polycondensation＂ can be applied to the modification process of the existing PET production plant.
