摘　　要：在Web服务事务处理阶段之前引入一个独立的资源协商过程,通过一种基于整数规划的增量式动态优化模型,确保了资源的合理分配和利用。设计一种基于移动代理技术的协调框架。仿真实验证明,这种增量式Web服务事务资源优化的方法能够在保持资源优化配置的同时,尽量兼顾了资源分配的公平性问题。This paper introduces a negotiation phase before the actual coordination procedure in Web services transaction management, in which a progressive optimization model is used to ensure the utilization of each autonomous resource provider. Furthermore, a mobile agent based implementation architecture is presented in this paper and it can be concluded though the simulation that the optimization method is able to solve the tradeoff problem between resource utilization and fairness.
