摘  要:从滚动轴承故障特征频率的计算公式出发,分析了转轴的旋转频率在滚动轴承故障诊断中的重要性;阐述了由变频器频率估算的转频远远不能满足精度要求;提出基于时标脉冲信号的转频的计算方法,给出它的时域计算公式和频域计算公式,并推导出它们各自的适用条件;进一步建立隶属度函数和贴近度函数,以模糊数学为基本原理使用择近原则对转频进行精确调节,弥补了数据点数记录过程中可能存在的误差,消除了频率分辨率的影响,为以后的故障诊断工作做好充分的准备。The importance of rotating frequency in fault diagnosis of roller bearings is analyzed based on formula of fault characteristic frequency.A rotating frequency can be calculated roughly using the frequency of an inverter.It can also be detected by using some instruments like a speed counter or q rotating velocity transducer.However,the rotating frequency gained in this way is not accurate at all.It can be obtained more accurately by analyzing the time-impulse signal of a shaft,which is picked by using a photoelectric sensor or an eddy current sensor at the same time when vibration signal is acquired.The method to calculate rotating frequency both in time and frequency domains is presented,as well as their working conditions.Its affiliated function and approach level function are proposed.Based on fuzzy mathematics fine adjustment is made using approximate principle.All those will finally facilitate the following fault diagnosis.
