摘 要:研究了聚丙烯(PP)及PP/纳米钛复合材料在自然条件下的光氧老化性能及其机理。存自然条件下曝露90天后,纯PP的断裂伸长率和冲击强度分别为曝露前的3%和41%,而含质量分数为l%和2%纳米钛的PP复合材料断裂伸长率分别为曝露前的22%和25%;其冲击强度分别为曝露前的63%和70%;曝露后,纯PP中羰基含量比复合材料高。The photooxidative aging and aging mechanism of polypropylene (PP) and PP/nano-Ti composites were studied. The results have revealed that the rupture elongation of virginal PP, which has been exposed out of doors for 90 days, is only 3% of that of its corresponding no-exposed PP while the rupture elongation of PP composites containing 1% and 2% nano-Ti are 22% and 25% of that of their corresponding no-exposed composites. The impact strength of virginal PP is only 41% of that of its corresponding no-exposed PP while the impact strength of PP composites containing 1% and 2% nano-Ti are 63% and 70% of that of their corresponding no-exposed composites. Furthermore, after exposed for 90 days, the content of carbonyl functional group in virginal PP is higher compared to that in the composites.
