摘 要:采用熔融共混法制备高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/聚酰胺(PA)6/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)多元复合材料,借助X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜等分析了OMMT对HDPE/PA 6体系结构、性能的影响及作用机理。加入的少量OMMT以剥离形态分散在基体中,能起到较好的增容作用,并且改善了材料的冲击性能。但OMMT的加入使材料的熔体流动速率降低,剪切黏度增大。The high density polyethlene(HDPE)/polyamide(PA) 6/organic montmorillonite(OMMT) composites with different contents of OMMT had been prepared by melt blending,while OMMT was modified by epoxide resin. We discussed the effect of OMMT on mechanical properties and processability of HDPE/PA 6/OMMT nano-composites; also the structure and mechanism was analysed by X-ray power diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results indicated that modified OMMT was grafted on epoxide macromolecule chains and layer space was increased from 2.18 nm to 3.16 nm. XRD spectra and TEM photos showed that OMMT in the composites had been exfoliated, which could be used as compatibilizer that effectively enhanced the mechanical properties of blending system. The impact strength achieved 5.90 kJ/m^2, which was increased against HDPE/PA 6 blend. However, OMMT could not increase the melt flow rate, and the composites had higher viscosity.
