聚合酶链反应检测门诊STD患者泌尿生殖道EB病毒感染的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解四川泸州地区门诊STD患者泌尿生殖道感染EB病毒情况。[方法]采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法检测868例门诊STD患者泌尿生殖道EB病毒。[结果]在868例患者中,有192例被检出感染了EB病毒,阳性率为22.12%(192/868);其中单纯感染EB病毒者34例,占17.71%(34/192);混合感染者158例,占82.29%(158/192)。[结论]PCR检测技术具有简便、快捷、准确、特异性强的特点,其检测的结果可以作为临床诊断泌尿生殖道感染EB病毒的可靠依据,有较高的临床实用价值。[ Objective ] To study the infectious situation of EB Virus in the sexually transmitted disease （STD） outpatients in Luzhou city. [Methods] Polymerase chain reaction （PCR） was used to detect EB virus in the urine and reproductive tract of the 868 STD outpatients. [Results] In 868 eases of STD patients, EB virus was found in 192 eases, the positive rate was 22.12% （192/868） . Among the 192 STD patients, 34 examples were infected by EB virus only, the positive rate was 17.71% （34/192） . The patients infected by EB virus and other pathogens were 158 eases, the positive rate was 82.29% （158/192） . [Conclusions] The technique of PCR is provided with merits of simplicity, rapidity, aeeuraey and strong speciality. Additionally, the detection results can be used to diagnose the EB virus in STD patients.
