开县特大井喷事件灾害损失及社会影响分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析开县井喷事件造成人员的伤亡和财产损失。[方法]收集开县井喷事件波及范围、人员及动物死亡理赔、财产损失等相关资料,进行统计分析。[结果]井喷事件涉及开县4个乡镇、30个村、389个社,9.3万人受灾,6.5万人居民被迫疏散转移,造成直接经济损失8200多万,加上间接经济损失,灾害可能造成了1.2～1.5亿的经济损失。[结论]事件不仅造成严重的人员伤亡和经济损失,也影响了开县正常的社会经济秩序,给灾区居民造成严重的心理伤害,是我国2003年除非典之外的又一个重要经济政治事件。[Objection] To analyze the number of casualties and-the loss of pro;erty in serious gas blowout in Kaixian county of Chongqing. [ Methods] The related data of areas accident spread, compensation for personnel and animal deaths, property damage and so on were collected and analyzed. [ Results] The blowout accident involved 4 towns, 30 villages, 389 groups and 93 000 people, 65 000 people were forced to evacuate, which caused direct economic losses of over 82 million. The disaster may cause totle economic losses of 1.2-1.5 billion including the indirect economic losses. [Conclusions ] The accident have not only caused serious casualties and economic losses, but also have affected the normal social and economic order in Kaixian county, and have caused serious psychological harm to the residents in the disaster areas. The accident is another important economic and political events except the mypical pneumonia in China in 2003.
