摘  要:1996年4月青海省草原总站、青海省兽医生物药品厂派员赴辽宁彰武,内蒙古乌审,河北沽源,新疆昌吉和乌苏,四川石渠等地,在当地的支持和配合下,应用C·肉毒杀鼠素进行灭鼠试验和推广应用。结果表明:毒素毒饵适宜的浓度为0.1%~0.12%;小麦、草颗粒、滨藜籽、玉米糁均可作为载体;毒饵按洞穴堆施优于撒施;甘氯、氯敌鼠纳盐、杀鼠灵等常用化学杀鼠剂对黄兔尾鼠、长爪沙鼠、大沙鼠的校正灭洞率分别为67.1%,88.21%,92.80%,98.50%,C·肉毒杀鼠素对相应的鼠种校正灭洞率为90.1%,92.80%,95.37%,98.40%,说明C·肉毒杀鼠素可以代替目前应用的化学杀鼠剂。The experiment of using Botulinal Toxin C to control rangeland injurious rats in Liaoning,Hebei,Sichuan Provinces and Inner Mongolia, and Xinjiang Autonomous regions in April 1996 shows,the suitable toxinbait formulation concentration is 0.1% to 0.2%,Wheat,granulated grass,shad scal seed and coarsely ground maize are all can be used as carrier.For the result of bait formulation,cavern by cavernheaping distribution is better than broadcast distribution. The corrected results of using common chemical rodenticides to control lagurus luteus Eversmann,M.unguiculatus Milne Edwards,Rhombomys opimus Lichtenstein were 67.1%, 88.21%、92.8%,98.5% respectirdy,the corrected results of Botulinal Toxin C were 90.10%,92.80%,95.37%,and 98.40%.This shows that present chemical rodenticides can be substituted by toxins.
