实验室大型设备的使用效率及分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解实验室大型设备的使用效率并加以分析。[方法]测量本中心24台自动化分析仪的使用效率,测量指标采用能力利用率表示。[结果]经分层分析使用效率较高的占总体设备62.50%,中等的占总体设备12.50%,低效率占25.00%。[结论]我实验中心整体设备使用效率尚可,低效率设备有潜力开发。[ Objective] To study and analyze the utilization rate of large-scale medical equipments in laboratory. [ Methods] The ability utilization rates of the 24 automatic analysers in laboratory dignosis center of Beijing Tiantan hosiptal were measured. [ Results] The layer analysis showed that of all the automatic analysers, the ones with high, moderate, low utilization rate accounted for 62.50%, 12.50%, 25.00%, respectively. [ Conclusions] The usage efficiency of the whole eqripments in the laboratory center is fair, and the low usage efficiency equipments have potential development.
