冠心病患者治疗前后血浆ET和血清TNF-α、IL-6水平检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者治疗前后血浆ET和血清TNF-α、IL-6水平的变化。方法应用放射免疫分析法检测56例冠心病患者血清中ET和血清中TNF-α、IL-6含量,并与35名正常健康人作对照。结果冠心病患者在治疗前血浆ET和血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均非常显著地高于对照组(P<0.01)。经治疗3个月后血清TNF-α、IL-6水平与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),而血浆ET水平与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论检测冠心病患者治疗前后血浆ET和血清TNF-α、IL-6水平对观察预后有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the changes of plasma ET and TNF-α,IL-6 content after treatment in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Plasma ET and serum TNF-α,IL-6 with RIA content were measured in 56 patients with coronary heart disease both before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls. Results Plasma ET and serum TNF-α,IL-6 levels were higher than those in the controls before treatment （P〈0. 01） in patients with coronary heart disease. 3 months after treatment the serum TNF-α,IL-6 levels in the patients were not quite different from those in the controls,hut plasma ET levels remained significantly higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Changes of plasma ET and serum TNF-α,IL-6 content after treatment might be of prognostic importance in patients with coronary heart disease.
