摘 要:对于如何提高饼类锻件的生产水平,采用基于经验的试错方法对于成本高昂的大型饼类件是不现实的,引入以计算机为工具的现代分析手段已成为人们的共识。如何将数值模拟技术应用于塑性加工过程,是提高塑性加工科学水平的关键。本文研究开发了耦合热及细观损伤分析的刚粘塑性有限元分析软件RVTDA,并将其用于饼类锻件在镦粗成形中的应力、应变、温度和损伤场的分析,数值模拟预报给出的缺陷区域与工厂实际探伤结果相符。Regarding to the issue of upgrading the production level for the pan forgings, the trial-and-error method based on experience is not practical for the expensive heavy pan forgings, it is recognized that the adoption of the computers has to be the tool of the modern analysis means. The application of the numerical simulation technique to the plastic process is the key issue to upgrade the plastic process level. This article has researched and developed the rigid plastic finite element analysis software RVTDA that couples the thermal analysis and micro-damage one, which has been used in the analysis of the stress, strain, temperature and damage field in the upsetting for the pan forgings, the results showed that the flaw locations forecasted by the value simulation coincide with the results from the job site damage detection.
