摘  要:采用BOF-LF-CC工艺流程试制了汽车齿轮钢20CrMnTiH-1,制订了合理的内控成分,强化了转炉终点控制、LF炉铝脱氧造白渣、低过热度全保护浇注等工艺。达到了淬透性带宽小于6.5 HRC、晶粒度8级、全氧含量小于0.002 0%的水平。并通过喂硫线控制钢中硫含量,提高其加工切削性能,满足了用户的特殊使用要求。By adopting the BOF-LF-CC process to trail- produce 20CrMnTiH-1 automobile gear steel, the propriate inner controlling has been formulated ,as well as the processes of the BOF end-point control, deoxidization for producing the white slag in LF and pouring with all protection at the low overheating temperature etc. have been strengthened to achieve the levels of less than 6. 5HRC for the bandwidth of quenching degree, 8 grade for the grain fineness and less than 0. 002 0% for the total oxygen content,meanwhile by adding the sulphur to control the sulphur content in the steel, its free cutting property has been improved to satisfy the special operation requirements of consumers.
