浅谈我国建(构)筑物“短命”与防水保温的关系

摘　　要：简要分析了我国建(构)筑物“短命”的主要原因后,着重指出:对建(构)筑物的迎水面设置防水层,认真做好防水抗渗处理,同时对屋面和外墙的混凝土结构设置符合节能要求的保温层,其作用不但可以确保建(构)筑物的使用功能,而且是防治我国建(构)筑物“短命”的重要措施之一。After briefing the main cause of ＂die young＂ of buildings in our country,this article outlines that waterproofing positive faces,taking careful anti-seepage measures and installing energy efficient insulation for roof and exterior wall concrete can not only ensure the performance of buildings but also increase its service life.
