摘　　要：抗战时期,陕甘宁边区创办了以防灾备荒为主要目的的义仓。义仓建设是在中国共产党的领导下进行的,既有明确的建设目标,又有严格的募捐、管理程序,为边区的生产发展和救贫济弱工作起到了巨大的推动作用。During the Anti-Japanese War, Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region constructed anti-famine aimd charity granary. The construction of the charity granary was under the leader of China Communist Party. The charity granary not only had specific constrction aim,but also had strict procedure of collection and management,meanwhile promoting the economy and charity work of the border region greatly.
