摘　　要：基于对城市交通信息发布系统平台的研究与分析,确定了GIS在城市交通信息发布系统平台中的应用目标和实现功能,构造了基于GIS的城市交通信息发布系统平台的总体结构,并探讨了GIS和数据挖掘与集成技术及其在城市交通信息发布平台中的应用。To meet the demand on construction and operation of intelligence transportation system（ITS） in Guang-zhou, the frame struction, data flow and function module of the municipal transportation information issue system are analyzed and designed. It is considered that the technologies of GIS, ITS, data mining and integration be applied to issue the transportation information. According to concrete eharacteristics of different information, a multilevel compound operation pattern of B/S ＋ PDA ＋ C/S is used to design the issue platform, simultaneously its physical realization and system security are studied for bringing the function of the completed ITS into play effectively. The key of ITS implementation is to gather and issue information with real time, and the real-time data management and analysis are a foundation to form intelligence traffic guidance and emergency scheme.
