摘 要:研究了几种固体酸催化合成柠檬酸三甲酯的催化活性。结果表明:四氯化锡的催化酯化活性最好,并讨论了以四氯化锡为催化剂时,醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间与酯化程度的关系,确定了合成柠檬酸三甲酯的最佳条件∶醇酸物质的量比为8∶1,催化剂用量为1.2 g,带水剂用量为20 mL,反应时间为8 h。在最佳条件下,酯化率可达89%。The synthesis of trimethyl citrate with citric acid monohydrate and methanol as reactants and solid acids as catalyst was studied . The result showed that the best catalyst was Tin(IV) chloride pentahydrate. The factors of reaction were also investigated by experimmts. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: molar ratio of citric acid monohydrate to methanol was 1 : 8 ; weight of catalyst was 1.2 g ; the taking water reagent (benzene) was 15 mL; reaction times was 8 h. In this case, the easterification yield of trimethyl citrate was 89 %.
