摘  要:目的:研究葛根素在环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物(EOPO)/磷酸氢二钾(K2HPO4)体系中的分配行为。方法:利用温度诱导相分离,结合双水相萃取技术,确定EOPO型号、诱导温度及时间。结果:当EOPO型号为EOPOSDP30,诱导温度为70℃,诱导时间为60min,EOPO质量分数为28%,K2HPO4质量分数为24%时,葛根素最大总收率可达42.26%。结论:该方法解决了传统双水相萃取技术中聚合物回收的难题,可以使EOPO循环使用,且方法设备投资少、操作简单,为工业化提取葛根黄酮提供了一条新途径。OBJECTIVE: To study the partition characteristics of Puerarin in ethylene oxide-propylene oxide(EOPO) copolymer/K2HPO4 systems. METHODS: Using the temperature-induced phase separation combining aqueous two-phase extraction technique, the model of EOPO, the temperature and the time of induction were determined. RESULTS: The maximum total yield of Puerarin was up to 42.26% when the model of EOPO was EOPO SDP30, the induction temperature was 70℃, the induction time was 60 min, the mass fraction of EOPO was 28% and that of K2HPO4 was 24%. CONCLUSION: This method has helped solve the problem of the recovery of polymer in traditional aqueous two-phase extraction technique as EOPO can be recycled. Besides, the investment involved is less and the operation of method is simple, and it has opened up a new path for the extraction of the Pueraria flavonoid in industry.
