毛冬青溶液的制备及质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的：制备毛冬青溶液并建立其质量标准.方法：煎煮法制备毛冬青溶液;用TLC法对其进行鉴别,留样1a观察其性状、pH值、相对密度、含量及微生物限度;用UV法测定毛冬青含量.结果：本溶液性状稳定,pH值、相对密度、含量及微生物限度均符合《中国药典》相关项下规定;毛冬青在8～60 mg·mL^-1浓度范围内与吸收度呈良好线性关系.结论：毛冬青溶液制备方法简单、稳定;所建标准可用于毛冬青溶液质量控制.OBJECTIVE： To prepare Radix Ilecis Pubescens solution and to establish its quality standard. METHODS： The Radix Ilecis Pubescens solution was prepared by decoction method and identified by TLC. After storing for 1 year, the sample was observed regarding its properties, pH value, relative density, content and microbial limit. The content of Radix Ilecis Pubescens was determined by UV speetrophotometry. RESULTS： The solution was stable in properties, and its pH value, relative density, content and microbial limit were all up to the standard specified in China Pharmacopoeia. The linear range of Radix llecis Pubescens was 8-60mg·mL^-1. CONCLUSION： The preparative method of Radix Ilecis Pubescens solution is simple, stable and its quality is controllable.
