摘　　要：目的：建立以HPLC法测定愈痫灵颗粒中丹皮酚含量的方法.方法：色谱柱为Phenomenex C18-ODS,流动相为甲醇-水（60：40）,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为274nm.结果：丹皮酚在8.24～41.20 μg·mL^-1浓度范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 7）;加样回收率为99.50%（RSD=1.12%）.结论：该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,稳定性、重现性好,可作为该制剂中丹皮酚含量的测定方法.OBJECTIVE： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Paeonol in Yuxianling granules. METHODS： The determination was performed on Phenomenex C18 ODS with mobile phase consisted of methanolwater （60 ： 40） at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 274nm. RESULTS： The linear range of Paeonol was 8.24-41.20μg·mL^-1（ r = 0.999 7）. The recovery was 99.50 % （RSD = 1.12% ）. CONCLUSION ： The established method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate, stable and reproducible, and suitable for the determination of the content of paeonol in Yuxianling granules.
