摘  要:对物理交联再生丝素膜进行了毒性试验和粘附试验,并研究了其对附着细胞细胞周期和细胞凋亡的影响,以及对血管内皮细胞分泌血管内皮细胞生长因子的影响。结果显示再生丝素膜无细胞毒性,成纤维细胞在其表面粘附性能正常,对细胞周期和细胞凋亡未产生不良影响,也不影响血管内皮细胞生长因子的分泌。这说明再生丝素膜是一种生物相容性很好的医用生物材料,有潜在的应用价值。Physico-crosslink regenerated silk fibroin film was tested by toxic experiment and adhesion experiment, the influence on cell cycle and apoptosis of the fibroblast that culviated on regenerated silk fibroin film was detected by flow cytometry (FCM), and the influence on VEGF secretion of vascular endothelial cell that culviated on regenerated silk fibroin film was detected by ELISA test. The results show that the regenerated silk fibroin film has not cytotoxicity, and the fibroblasts adhere well on the regenerated silk fibroin film. The film doesn't have adverse influence on cell cycle and apoptosis of the fibroblast that culviated on the film. And it does not interfere the VEGF secretion of vascular endothelial cell. It shows that regenerated silk fibroin film is an excellent biomaterial with good biocompatibility.
