摘  要:介绍了一种制取连续纳米纤维纱的方法。该方法通过在液体的表面收集静电纺纳米纤维,然后将其卷绕到旋转的滚筒上即可得到连续的纱线。用此法将原料尼龙6/66纺制成直径为500nm以下的纤维构成的纱线,并分析了该纱线和纤维的外观形态、结晶结构及其力学性能等。研究发现,纱线是由平行排列的纳米级纤维组成的连续、均匀的纤维束,其表面有少量毛羽;纤维具有一定的结晶度,其晶体结构属于α晶型;初纺的纱线具有一定的强度和较大的伸长,经拉伸定型后,纱线的强度提高,伸长降低;该方法的最大产量为285m/h。A technique for spinning continuous yarns constructed of nano-scale fibers was described. Nylon 6/66 solution in formic acid was electrospun, and nano-scale fiber (〈 500nm) bundle collected by a liquid reservoir were taken up by a rotating drum, then, continuous yarns were obtained. The surface morphology, crystal structure and mechanical property of the electrospun nylon 6/66 yarn were measured. Some conclusions can be drawn from the experiment: ( 1 ) The yarn composed of parallel-aligned nanofibers was continuous, uniform and had some feather on the surface. (2) The crystal structure of the fiber with some crystallinity degree belong to a form crystals. (3) The as-spun yarn had certain strength and high elongation. After being drawn and annealed, the yarn became much stronger but relatively with lower elongation. (4) The maximum output was 285m/h for a single needle electrospinning setup.
