摘  要:目的探讨测定血清及组织中阿霉素含量的新方法。方法应用荧光分光光度计测定血清及组织中阿霉素含量及回收率。结果该方法能够较为准确的测定血清及组织中阿霉素含量,血清中阿霉素的平均方法回收率为100.19%,相对标准偏差5.96%;心、肝、肾、肺组织中阿霉素的平均方法回收率分别为97.61%、95.76%、96.01%、99.17%,相对标准偏差分别为6.03%、4.85%、5.87%、5.49%。结论应用荧光分光光度法测定血清及组织中阿霉素含量具有简单、方便、灵敏度高的优点,值得临床推广。Objective Probe a new method to examine the ADM level in the serium and the tissue. Methods Use fluorescence spectrophotometer to examine the ADM level in the serium and the tissue and calculate the recovery rate. Results The ADM level in the serium and the tissue can be examined precisely by this method.The median recovery rate in the serium is 100.19% and the standard deviation is 5.96% .The median recovery rate in the tissue of heart, liver, kidney and lung were 97.61% ,95.76% ,96.01%, 99.17 % respectively and the standard deviation is 6.03%, 4.85 %, 5.87 %, 5.49% respectively. Conclusion To examine the ADM level in the serium and the tissue,fluorescence spectrophotometry have the advantages of simplicity,convenience and higher sensitivity. It will have wide use in the basic and clinic research.
