摘　　要：探讨我国药品价格虚高成因与机制,为药品定价提供科学性建议,为解决目前我国药品市场机制转化提供理论和方法学依据。依据卫生经济学等理论,应用系统动力学建模技术和Vensim软件,构建“药品价格虚高”问题的系统动力学模型并进行系统模拟。通过对药品价格、医院扣率及医生回扣等模拟实验找出“药品价格虚高”问题的成因与机制,并揭示了我国医药服务市场的经济规律。系统动力学理论和建模方法为“药品价格虚高”问题提供了有效的研究方法和思路。This paper discusses the root causes and mechanisms of the high price of medicine, provides scientific suggestions on the pricing of medicine and offers a theoretical basis for the transformation of China's medicine market mechanism. The theory of health economics, modeling technology of system dynamics and software of Vensim are used to construct the model for solving the problem of high price of medicine. The system dynamics model for the problem is put into use in a simulated test involving the price of medicine, discounts of medicine for hospitals and commission for doctors, to find out causes and mechanisms of the problem. Meanwhile, the economic law of service market of medicine is revealed. Theory of system dynamics and modeling methods provide effective methodology for solving the problem of high price of medicine.
