摘　　要：本文以单制造商——多零售商的一类物流网络为研究对象,分析分销中心的设置对物流网络的运作以及与之相关的库存与运输费用的影响,提出准时配送下的物流网络构建方案。在以物流总费用最低为目标的前提下,通过所建立的数学模型和算例,对准时与非准时两种物流网络进行了分析与比较。The paper addresses a logistics network consisting of one manufacturer and multiple retailers. Based on the analysis of the influence of the distribution center (DC) to the considered network, especially to the inventory and the transportation costs, a new logistics network following Just in Time (JIT) delivery strategy is proposed. According to the mathematics model and the computational examples given, the two logistics networks are compared and evaluated in the paper, with the purpose of minimizing the overall cost of the logistics system.
