摘 要:目的改善现行混凝土强度抽样评定方法存在的不足,提出适合于混凝土强度的抽样检验方案.方法通过对现行的混凝土强度抽样检验评定方法进行分析,指出现行混凝土强度抽样评定方法存在的不足.对222 750组混凝土强度数据进行统计分析,获取混凝土强度质量特性,利用风险平衡原则来确定抽样检验方案的参数取值.结果给出合格质量P0、极限质量P1和生产方风险α的取值.提出采用协调生产方与使用方总风险的原则,根据统计数据获取混凝土强度检验批的批不合格率f(P),确定使用方风险β值.结论混凝土强度抽样检验方案避免了以往参数设定主要采用经验法的不足,能协调生产方与使用方的利益,并可简单、科学地考虑结构重要性的影响.The drawbacks of the present sampling procedures of concrete strength are improved and at the same time new sampling procedures are put forward in this paper. Analyzing the present sampling procedures and carrying out statistical analysis of 222750 groups of data of concrete strength, the features of the quality of concrete strength have been obtained. By means of the principles of the risk balance, we have got the parameters of the sampling procedures. The drawbacks of the current sampling procedures have been pointed out and qualified quality P0, limited quality P1 and producers' risk a are obtained. We also hold that the risks of both the producers and users should be coordinated. What is more, distribution of lot fraction defective f(p) and users' risk β are obtained in the paper. The sampling procedure of concrete strength put forward in this paper can avoid the shortage of adopting empirical law to set the key parameters of the sampling procedure and coordinate the benefit between the producers and the users. This sampling procedure can also take into account the importance of structure simply and scientifically.
