摘 要:为了探讨神经移植段的方向对神经再生的影响,采用硅胶管桥接Wistar大鼠双侧坐骨神经,一侧硅胶管远端套接顺行神经移植段,另一侧套接逆行神经移植段,术后2,4及6周取材。通过肉眼观察、光镜、电镜和轴突图像分析观察神经再生情况。结果表明:两侧再生神经段的直径、有髓神经纤维的数目和密度无明显差异(P>0.05),但两侧远端神经内有髓神经纤维的数目和密度有显著差异(P<0.05)。认为,神经移植段的方向对再生神经段无明显影响,而对远端神经内神经纤维有影响。因此,临床上仍以顺行神经移植为好。The sciatic nerves of adult rats were sectioned bilaterally and the ends of the nerves were placed in silicone tubes. One side of the distal nerve segment was inverted and that of the contralateral side was non inverted. After 2,4,6 weeks, the rats were killed and the specimens were removed for macroscopic, histologic and morphometric analysis. The results showed that either the inverted or non inverted distal nerve segments had no influence on the number of the myelinated axons in the regenerated nerves, but the number and density of the myelinated axons was markedly diminished in the inverted distal nerve segments.
