Nd∶YAG激光治疗脂溢性角化症、扁平疣的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨Nd∶YAG激光治疗脂溢性角化症及扁平疣的临床疗效。方法应用光斑直径2 mm,能量密度3.8～6.0 J/cm2 532 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗脂溢性角化症638例,扁平疣275例。结果一次治疗痊愈率达93.5%(854/913),二次治疗痊愈率100.0%。术后出现暂时性色素沉着和色素减退264例(28.9%),均无瘢痕形成。结论Nd∶YAG激光治疗脂溢性角化症、扁平疣疗效显著,安全性高,损伤小。Objective To observe the clinical effects and the related factors of seborrheic keratosis and verruca plana treated with neodymium ： yt- trium-aluminum-garnet （ Nd ：YAG） laser. Methods Six hundred thirty eight cases of seborrheic keratoses and 275 cases of verruca plana were treated with Nd ： YAG laser. The beam width was limited to 2 mm. The energy ranged from 3. 8 J/cm^2 to 6. 0 J/cm^2. Results The results showed that the curative rate after the first treatment was 93. 5% （854/913 ）, and after a second treatment the curative rate could reach 100.0%. From them 264 cases （ 28.9% ） appeared pigmented disorder temporarily after treatment and no scar formation. Conclusions The Nd ： YAG laser has been proven to be effective and safe on seborrheic keratosis and verruca plana.
