摘　　要：奶牛乳腺炎是由多种因素引起的严重影响奶牛业发展的重要疾病,至今尚未有彻底解决的办法。从安全、经济、高效角度出发,探索防治乳腺炎新方法,是今后奶牛乳腺炎防治研究的新趋势。文章从抗生素、疫苗、免疫佐剂、中草药及卵黄抗体等方面,对乳腺炎防治的研究进行综述。Cow mastitis, an important disease that affects cow development, was produced by many factors. Unfortunatelly, there are no ways to solve the problems thoroughly at present. Therefore, exploreing new methods of prevention and treatment of mastitis is the main tendency in the future including safety, economy and high performance. This paper summarized the recently investigative progress on the prevention and treatment of cow mastitis from different aspects such as antibiotics, vaccine, immunological adjuvant, Chinese herbal medicine and immunoglobulin of yolk and so on.
