摘　　要：一些非局麻药物已被证实在局部给药后可以产生局部镇痛作用。许多研究证实了阿片类药物、曲马多、肾上腺素、可乐定、新斯的明、维拉帕米和氯胺酮有确切镇痛作用且是通过局部起作用。这些药物临床特点突出，但伴随的副反应可能会限制它们的应用。Some non-local anesthetics （NLA） have been demonstrated to produce local analgesic effects when administered locally. Many studies showed that such NLA as the opioids, tramadol, adrenaline, clonidine, neostigmine, verapamil and ketamine could produce certain analgesic effect through the local way. These drugs have very notable clinical features, but the concomitant side effects may restrict their clinical use.
