人妊娠子宫平滑肌细胞的组织块培养及鉴定

摘　　要：目的建立简便有效的人妊娠子宫平滑肌细胞的原代培养方法。方法人妊娠子宫平滑肌组织经剪切后接种,原代培养子宫平滑肌细胞,并通过免疫细胞化学方法检测平滑肌肌动蛋白(smooth muscle actin,SMA)进行细胞鉴定。结果培养的细胞呈典型的梭状肌细胞样生长,SMA免疫细胞化学染色为阳性。结论该方法简便经济,可获得状态良好的纯净的子宫平滑肌细胞。Objective To establish a convenient and efficient method of primary culture of human myometrial smooth muscle cells in vitro. Methods Myometrial smooth muscle was cultured with DMEM （20% FBS） after being cut into small pieces, lmmunocytochemistry of smooth muscle actin （SMA） was used to identify its characteristic. Results Cultured cells displayed typical morphous of long,slender fusiform and positive immunocytochemistry of SMA. Conclusions It＇ s a simple and convenient method to get pure myometrial smooth muscle cells.
