摘　　要：根据医药制粒工艺研究的需求,设计了一种新型小型高速混合制粒机,用于一次性完成混合、加湿与制成颗粒等多道工序的新型小型化自动制药设备。该设计包括整体结构和计算机自动检测与控制系统以及实验数据存储与分析等功能,自动化程度高。经过大量实验并结合特定的工艺要求得出了,针对不同的物料配方与之相对应的最佳匹配参数。该装置是测控技术与生化工程新工艺研究的良好结合。Based on the need of medicine granulation process in pharmaceutical industry, a new, small size and high speed mixing granulator was designed to be used to automatically fulfill mixing, moisturizing and granulating in one time. The structure of this granulator includes computer automatic inspection and control system which has the functions of data storage and analysis, thus, the machine is high automatically controlled, This machine can select optimum parameters based on the data resulted from a large amount experiments and different mediums and it is goOd combination of measuring and control techniques and new process in biochemical engineering.
